### Step 2: Slide Structure by Duration

| Duration | Total Slides | Content Slides | Q&A Time |
| -------- | ------------ | -------------- | -------- |
| 30 min | 15-20 | 8-10 | 5 min |
| 45 min | 20-25 | 12-15 | 7 min |
| 60 min | 25-35 | 15-20 | 9 min |

**Standard segments:** Welcome/intro → Agenda → Core content → Summary → Q&A → CTA/close

### Step 3: Slide Content

Each slide needs:

- **Content**: Headline + max 6 bullets (6 words each)
- **Visual**: Suggested image, chart, or icon
- **Speaker Notes**: 30-60 seconds of talking points

**Slide types:** Title, welcome/housekeeping, agenda, content (text or visual), quote/stat, poll/engagement, summary, CTA, Q&A, thank you.

See [examples/slide-templates.md](examples/slide-templates.md) for complete slide templates.

### Step 4: Content Patterns

**Problem → Solution:** Present challenge, then introduce approach
**Before → After:** Show transformation
**Framework/Model:** Introduce 3-5 element framework with diagram
**Demo:** Screenshot or "DEMO" placeholder with walkthrough notes

### Step 5: Speaker Notes

For each slide include:

- Transition from previous slide
- Key points to cover (1-2 sentences each)
- Timing (seconds/minutes)
- Engagement prompt if applicable
- Transition to next slide

### Step 6: Visual Guidelines

| Principle | Guideline |
| ----------- | ------------------------------- |

| Font size | Headlines: 36pt+, Body: 24pt+ |
| Colors | Max 3 colors from brand palette |

### Step 7: Engagement Elements

Schedule engagement every 10-15 minutes:

- **Polls**: Gauge knowledge/opinion
- **Chat prompts**: Generate discussion
- **Hand raise**: Quick consensus
- **Quiz**: Test understanding

See [examples/engagement-templates.md](examples/engagement-templates.md) for engagement schedule and examples.

- [ ] Speaker notes for every slide
- [ ] Engagement every 10-15 minutes

Overview

This skill generates structured webinar slide decks with speaker notes, visual suggestions, and built-in engagement elements. It produces a timed slide structure matched to webinar duration and a clear call-to-action to drive attendee outcomes. The output is ready for designers or presenters to convert into slides quickly.

How this skill works

Provide a webinar brief (title, duration, audience, goals, key takeaways, presenters). The skill builds a slide plan: title, agenda, core content slides, visuals, speaker notes (30–60 seconds each), engagement schedule, accessibility checks, and a timing runsheet. It validates slide count against duration, ensures one key message per slide, and includes CTAs and visual guidance.

When to use it

  • You need a complete webinar deck outline with speaker notes.
  • You want timed slide counts based on a 30/45/60-minute format.
  • You need visual suggestions and accessibility guidance for slides.
  • You want an engagement schedule (polls, chat prompts, quizzes).
  • You’re preparing a demo, educational session, or panel and need a template.

Best practices

  • Start with a clear webinar brief: title, audience, goals, and 3–5 takeaways.
  • Limit each slide to one key message, a headline and up to six short bullets.
  • Plan engagement every 10–15 minutes: polls, chat prompts, or quick quizzes.
  • Include 30–60 seconds of speaker notes per slide with transition cues.
  • Follow visual rules: max three brand colors, large fonts, and alt text for images.

Example use cases

  • Create a 45-minute educational webinar deck with 20–25 slides and timed speaker notes.
  • Draft a product demo deck that includes problem→solution slides and demo walkthrough notes.
  • Build a panel session structure with panelist intros, moderated questions, and extended audience Q&A.
  • Convert a broad topic into 3–5 focused key points and a concise slide sequence for a 30-minute webinar.
  • Prepare an accessible deck with alt text, caption reminders, and minimum font sizes.

FAQ

What info should I provide to get a tailored deck?

Give title, duration, platform, presenters, audience level, primary goal, 3–5 key takeaways, and preferred webinar type (educational/demo/panel).

Can the skill create visual assets or slides directly?

It provides detailed visual suggestions and design guidelines; designers can convert those into slide files in any presentation tool.

How is timing ensured across slides?

Slide counts are matched to duration (30/45/60-minute templates). Each slide includes a recommended speaking time and a cumulative timing runsheet for validation.
