## Core Capabilities

### 1. 13F Filings Analysis

## Guidelines

### Do's ✅
- 슈퍼투자자 포지션 변화 즉시 반영
- Insider Buying은 긍정, Selling은 신중 해석
- 여러 기관이 동시 행동 시 강한 신호
- Dark Pool + 주가 횡보 = Accumulation 의심

### Don'ts ❌
- 단일 Insider 매도만으로 패닉 금지
- 13F는 45일 지연 데이터 (최신성 한계)
- 소형 펀드 거래는 노이즈 가능
- Insider의 정상적 현금화 vs 악재 구별
