Audit Lightning integration. Output findings as structured report.
## What This Does
1. Check node sync status
2. Check channel balances (inbound/outbound)
3. Audit peer connectivity
4. Verify invoice generation
5. Review payment routing success rate

**This is a primitive.** It only investigates and reports. Use `/log-lightning-issues` to create GitHub issues or `/fix-lightning` to fix.

The skill queries the node using standard LND or Core Lightning RPC/CLI commands to collect sync status, channel and wallet balances, peer states, invoice generation, forwarding and payment history, and watchtower configuration. It aggregates metrics to identify critical gaps (e.g., no inbound liquidity or unsynced node), computes routing success indicators, and ranks findings by priority. Results are returned as a structured audit summary ready for follow-up or automated issue creation.

The audit works with LND and Core Lightning (CLN) using their standard RPC/CLI commands.
