This skill automates top-of-funnel recruiting from job spec to outreach in seconds. It finds and verifies candidates across the web (including LinkedIn and GitHub), scores them against your requirements, populates a tracking sheet, and drafts ready-to-send outreach messages. The goal is zero-touch sourcing and first-pass evaluation so hiring teams can focus on interviews and decisions.

How this skill works

Provide a role title and description and the agent performs a global talent search, returning at least eight candidates and shortlisting the top five with verified profile data. It applies a consistent AI-driven Fit Rating and technical assessment, creates and populates a Google Sheet with traceable candidate records, ranks matches, and generates a finished Gmail draft containing the top candidates and a link to the sheet.
