- **2.5–3.4** Average
- **1.5–2.4** Below Average

*PriceWorld — Track real prices, not marketing prices.*

Overview

This skill provides SaaS pricing intelligence for email marketing tools, with web hosting and domain registrars planned. It queries current prices, plan limits, renewal notes, and hidden costs using vendor pricing pages and shows a last-checked date for each data point. Use it to compare plans, estimate monthly spend, or find the best value for a given subscriber count.

How this skill works

The skill scrapes official vendor pricing pages and stores plan tiers, monthly and annual equivalents, subscriber or usage limits, and the last-checked date. Commands allow lookups for a single tool, side-by-side comparisons, and value-ranking by subscriber count. Results exclude tax/VAT, promotional discounts, and enterprise/custom tiers and always include source URLs for verification.

When to use it

  • When you need current pricing and plan limits for an email marketing provider.
  • When comparing two providers side-by-side for cost and features.
  • When estimating monthly cost for a specific subscriber count.
  • Before renewing a plan to check renewal price or hidden renewal fees.
  • When budgeting for migration or scaling email lists.

Best practices

  • Verify sensitive purchase decisions on the vendor’s official pricing page linked in results.
  • Provide the subscriber count or usage pattern for accurate cost-ranking.
  • Specify monthly vs annual billing if you care about billing cadence.
  • Remember regional taxes, add-ons, and promotional discounts may change final price.
  • Use the last-checked date to decide whether to re-verify pricing if it’s older than a week.

Example use cases

  • Lookup Mailchimp to see plan tiers, subscriber limits, and last-checked date.
  • Compare Mailchimp and ConvertKit to choose a cheaper fit for 10,000 subscribers.
  • Find the cheapest email-marketing provider for 5,000 subscribers with automation features.
  • Estimate renewal cost increases by comparing current and historical plan data.
  • Check hidden costs like subscriber overage fees or required add-ons.

FAQ

How fresh is the pricing data?

Each entry includes a last-checked date; data is pulled from official vendor pricing pages and timestamps let you know how recent it is.

Does the skill include taxes, discounts, or enterprise pricing?

No. Results show base USD pricing for the US region and exclude tax/VAT, promotional discounts, and enterprise/custom tiers—verify on the vendor site for final totals.
