# Charisma Research Loop

Use this workflow to avoid shallow repeated advice and continuously improve insight quality.

## Output contract
- Produce exactly 5 insights per run.
- Make each insight specific, testable, and action-oriented.
- Include these fields for each insight:
  1) Theme
  2) Insight
  3) Why it works
  4) 24h experiment
  5) Failure mode / misuse risk

## Theme rotation
Rotate themes so consecutive runs are not repetitive.
Use this pool:
- Body language and non-verbal signaling
- Oration and vocal delivery
- Social psychology and status dynamics
- Ethical persuasion and influence
- Manipulation detection and defense
- Conversation architecture and storytelling
- Presence under pressure (meetings, conflict, negotiation)

## Source depth rules
- Prefer synthesis over quotes.
- Pull from mixed source types each run (discussion + educational + behavioral science).
- Do not rely on only surface-level generic tips.
- Convert raw source material into deeper mechanisms and practical tests.

## Self-improving loop (mandatory)
Before generating a new run:
1. Read `/root/.openclaw/workspace/memory/charisma-insight-ledger.md`.
2. Identify what was already sent recently and mark those clusters as `DONE` in today’s section when superseded.
3. Choose at least 3 new angles not used in the most recent 3 runs.
4. Generate the new 5-insight set.
5. Append a compact run log to the ledger:
   - timestamp
   - themes used
   - novelty score (1-10)
   - repeated ideas avoided
   - one improvement for next run

## Delivery
- Send concise email brief with the 5 insights.
- Create/update calendar task/event containing same 5 insights.
- Keep wording practical, direct, non-fluffy.

Overview

This skill generates a daily set of five high-signal charisma and engagement insights and continuously improves by tracking prior runs. It targets body language, voice, persuasion, social psychology, and manipulation-awareness with practical, testable micro-experiments you can run in the next 24 hours. Deliveries include a concise email brief and a calendar task so insights reach you at scheduled times.

How this skill works

Each run produces exactly five insights, each with theme, specific actionable insight, why it works, a 24-hour experiment, and a failure/misuse note. The skill compares new output to recent entries in a lightweight memory ledger to avoid repetition and forces at least three new angles compared to the last three runs. It appends a compact run log describing themes used, a novelty score, repeats avoided, and one improvement to pursue next run.

When to use it

  • Daily morning or evening briefs to prime communication performance.
  • Preparing for meetings, presentations, pitches, or social events.
  • Training an individual or small team on persuasion and presence.
  • Building awareness of manipulation and defensive social skills.
  • Maintaining steady improvement without repeating shallow tips.

Best practices

  • Schedule briefs at consistent times (morning for activation, night for reflection).
  • Treat each 24-hour experiment as a hypothesis: measure outcomes, note context.
  • Rotate recipients or contexts to see which insights generalize.
  • Log failures and corner cases to feed the memory ledger for true novelty.
  • Avoid using tips as scripts—practice adapting them to your style and ethics.

Example use cases

  • A sales rep receives a daily five-tip email to test small vocal or posture tweaks before client calls.
  • A leader gets evening briefs to rehearse one presence technique before the next-day meeting.
  • A communications coach assigns the 24-hour experiments to trainees and reviews results in the next session.
  • An individual tracks manipulation-detection techniques to improve boundary-setting over a month.
  • A startup builds a recurring calendar event with five focused storytelling or status cues to boost pitch performance.

FAQ

How is repetition avoided?

The skill compares each new run to the recent run history in a lightweight ledger, marks superseded clusters as done, and enforces at least three new angles versus the last three runs.

Can I customize themes or delivery times?

Yes. Themes are rotated from the defined pool but can be prioritized; delivery supports scheduled email and calendar events for morning/night briefs.
