Overview

This skill generates short, ready-to-post quote-reposts that add your comment or perspective to an existing post. It produces five distinct comment patterns and formats output to match a casual, conversational tone with optional emoji and hashtag placement. Use a source URL, original post text, or linked article to get tailored suggestions quickly.

How this skill works

Give the original post URL, the full post text, or a link to the referenced article and the skill analyzes the content to produce five different quote-comment options. Each option follows a specific pattern—agreement, added info, personal experience, prompting question, and concise summary—formatted for social platforms. The suggestions include recommended emojis (1–2) and up to two hashtags placed at the end, and avoid overly formal or harsh language.

When to use it

  • When you want to repost with your own short take instead of a plain share
  • When you need multiple tone options quickly for A/B testing
  • When you want to add expert context or a personal anecdote to a news item
  • When you want to spark discussion with a targeted question
  • When you need a clear highlight or TL;DR to increase engagement

Best practices

  • Provide the original post text or link for more accurate, context-aware suggestions
  • Pick the pattern that fits your goal: agree to amplify, question to engage, summary to inform
  • Keep the final post authentic—edit phrasing to match your voice if needed
  • Limit emojis to 1–2 and place hashtags at the end for platform-friendly formatting
  • Avoid aggressive criticism; use constructive framing to keep conversations productive

Example use cases

  • A marketer repurposes an industry article with a short expert takeaway and one hashtag
  • A developer shares a technical thread with a concise summary and a question to invite replies
  • A founder reposts positive press with a personal experience quote to humanize the story
  • A journalist highlights a long analysis with a TL;DR comment and one emoji to boost clicks
  • A community member adds context to a controversial post using a neutral, corrective supplement

FAQ

What inputs give the best results?

Provide the original post text plus the linked article when possible; URLs alone work but full text yields more precise comments.

Can I customize tone and length?

Yes — choose the pattern that matches your tone and optionally shorten or expand the suggested line before posting.
