Overview

This skill creates and optimizes articles tailored for the note platform. It streamlines title and lead creation, mobile-friendly formatting, and automated hashtag generation to increase readability and discoverability. Use it to turn raw drafts into note-ready posts or to build new, platform-optimized articles from a concept. The output follows concise note conventions like short titles and compact leads.

How this skill works

I collect your inputs—either an existing article (paste or file path) or new article parameters like theme, main message, and target audience. I apply optimization rules to produce a 25-character-or-less title, a ~50-character lead, mobile-friendly paragraph breaks, and a set of 5–10 relevant hashtags. For long drafts I suggest splitting into a series with sectioning and post order recommendations.

When to use it

  • You have a draft that needs to match note’s format and length conventions.
  • You want a short, punchy title and lead optimized for note readers.
  • You need mobile-friendly paragraphing and readability edits.
  • You want generated hashtags that increase post discoverability.
  • You plan to split a long article into a multi-post series.

Best practices

  • Provide target audience and main message for focused optimization.
  • Paste full article text or a clear file path when updating existing posts.
  • Prefer concise inputs—themes and key points—when requesting new posts.
  • Review suggested title and lead for tone, then iterate if needed.
  • Use the series-splitting suggestions to maintain consistent post cadence.

Example use cases

  • Convert a blog post into a note-optimized article with shorter paragraphs and a 25-character title.
  • Create a new note post from a topic and main message, plus audience details.
  • Generate 5–10 hashtags for a post to improve discovery on note.
  • Take a long essay and receive a recommended 3-part series breakdown and post sequence.
  • Refine headlines and leads for better mobile engagement and skim-ability.

FAQ

Can you work from a local file?

Yes—provide the file path or paste the article text directly and I will optimize it.

How strict is the 25-character title rule?

The recommendation targets 25 characters for best note display, but I can produce alternatives if you need longer or shorter options.
