Overview

This skill applies Anthropic's official brand colors and typography to documents, slides, and visual artifacts to give them a consistent Anthropic look-and-feel. It automates color selection, typography assignment, and accent cycling so outputs match company design standards. Use it to quickly rebrand assets while preserving readability and hierarchy.

How this skill works

The skill inspects text elements, headings, body text, and non-text shapes and reassigns fonts and colors according to Anthropic guidelines. It maps headings (24pt and larger) to Poppins with Arial fallback, and body text to Lora with Georgia fallback, then applies main and accent hex colors to backgrounds, text, and shapes. Accent colors cycle through orange, blue, and green for non-text shapes, and color choices adapt to background brightness to preserve contrast.

When to use it

  • Reformat slides or presentations to match Anthropic branding
  • Post-process export artifacts (PDFs, images) for consistent company styling
  • Apply brand colors and typography to design mocks or prototypes
  • Standardize internal reports and documents to company visual identity
  • Prepare marketing or investor materials that require Anthropic look-and-feel

Best practices

  • Pre-install Poppins and Lora on the system for exact typography matches; otherwise rely on fallbacks
  • Keep headings at 24pt or larger to ensure automatic heading font application
  • Use provided accent color cycle for multiple shapes to maintain visual variety
  • Verify contrast on dark and light backgrounds after automated styling
  • Preview outputs on intended display devices to confirm color fidelity

Example use cases

  • Convert a slide deck to Anthropic brand standards before a public presentation
  • Style exported diagrams and illustrations with official accent colors and typography
  • Update internal templates so new documents inherit Anthropic visual identity
  • Apply brand styling to a PDF report to ensure consistent headers, body text, and color accents

FAQ

Will the skill install fonts automatically?

No. It uses system-installed Poppins and Lora when available and falls back to Arial and Georgia if they are not installed.

How does it choose text and background colors for contrast?

It assesses background brightness and selects text colors from the main palette (dark, light, mid and light gray) to preserve readability and comply with brand hierarchy.
