### Pattern 4: CORS + Access
Handle cross-origin requests with Access authentication.
**When to Use**:
- SPA (React/Vue/Angular) calling protected API
- Frontend and API on different domains
- Cross-origin authenticated requests

**CRITICAL**: CORS middleware MUST come before Access middleware!
