## CI/CD ルール

### Claude Code の責務範囲

- ✅ staging デプロイまで
- ✅ CI 失敗時の自動修正（3回まで）
- ❌ 本番デプロイは禁止

### 3回ルール

CI が 3回連続で失敗した場合：
1. 自動修正を中止
2. エスカレーションレポートを生成
3. Cursor に判断を委ねる

### Q: Cursor がいない場合は？

A: 一人で作業する場合も、Plans.md でタスク管理することを推奨します。
本番デプロイは手動で慎重に行ってください。

### Q: タスクが不明確な場合は？

A: Cursor に確認を依頼するか、`/sync-status` で現状を整理してください。

### Q: CI が何度も失敗する場合は？

A: 3回以上は自動修正せず、Cursor にエスカレーションしてください。

Best practices

  • Reserve production deploy decisions to Cursor; limit Claude Code to staging and CI fixes (max 3 attempts).
  • Prefer short, explicit handoffs: /handoff-to-claude to start work and /handoff-to-cursor to report completion.
  • Run /sync-status to clarify unclear tasks before implementing or escalating.
  • Escalate after three CI failures with an evidence report for Cursor to decide next steps.

Example use cases

  • PM assigns a feature via /handoff-to-claude and marks Plans.md as pm:依頼中; Claude Code moves it to cc:WIP and begins /work.
  • Worker finishes tests, commits, deploys to staging, then runs /handoff-to-cursor to request review and approval.
  • Automated CI fails once or twice; Claude Code attempts up to three fixes, then produces an escalation report for Cursor.
  • Solo operator uses the same markers and commands to simulate the two-agent workflow while keeping production deploys manual.

FAQ

What if Cursor is absent?

You can still follow the same Plans.md workflow solo, but keep production deploys manual and cautious.

When should I request clarification for a task?

If requirements are unclear, ask Cursor or run /sync-status before starting work to avoid rework.

What happens after three CI failures?

Claude Code stops auto-fixing, generates an escalation report, and defers decision-making to Cursor.
