Playbooks®, as a print-on-demand item, may not be returned for refund. They may be returned for "like" exchange only for the following circumstances:

Material defects – Flaws in materials such as covers, inks, or papers that render the book illegible or otherwise defective.

Order Fulfillment Error – Resulting book does not match specifications of order placed by customer.

In any of these instances, books must be returned to Playbooks, Inc. at the address below with the reason for return clearly marked on a separate piece of paper. Exchanges will not be made until defective book(s) have been received. A like exchange will be mailed to customer via standard postal delivery.
